Pinetar is a collection of managers who choose to compete in a BBM-regulated progression model: leagues are sorted into tiers (with 1 at the bottom, 2 on the next level up, 3 on the next level, etc). League winners are promoted to the next tier for the following season. The 9th and 10th place teams are demoted a tier for the next season.
